Three ways Clean Language enhances your leadership

April 1, 2025

Clean Language is a leadership tool.

Especially in that it helps you understand people better—both others and yourself—allowing you to make decisions with better information.

“Seeing how you could use Clean in critical conversations elucidated how valuable it is, because people now are so polarized and readily triggered," Tivo Rojas-Cheatham told me today. Tivo is an experienced and high-trained executive and leadership coach who's gotten very curious about how he might integrate Clean into his existing methods.

And he got it right away:

"Clean allows a pathway or process to put your stuff out [and see others' stuff], so you can decide, 'how much of the clay do you get, and how much do I get,' and then work on it from both sides. It’s humanizing.”

Are you ready to humanize your leadership? Join Caitlin Walker (PhD), Erin Randall, and me in Bozeman, Montana, this April 24-26. We'll be modeling and practicing Clean Language at the first-ever Clean in Montana training.
