WELCOME TO

I co-host the Food, Montana, podcast with Jeremy Nadison. We launched the show in May of 2024 to illuminate and help strengthen local and regional food systems.

Guests include a baker, a farmer and a supermodel turned purveyor of local meats — plus others who, as Jeremy says, are “building the world as we might idealize it, and not just idealizing it.

Why food?

Because it's a necessity for survival and a bedrock of civilization that is threatened by climate change and geopolitics. And it's a nexus between forces like agriculture, governance, the economy and planetary health.

Creating a more equitable and resilient food system is one of our biggest collective levers for change. Through this show, we're learning that it’s up to us to demand that change.

You and me. With our dollars, voices and actions.

Like the diversity of plant and animal life on a thriving farm, and the many different businesses in a healthy economy, an equitable food community includes a range of human perspectives and backgrounds.

This is the world I want to live and work in. And this show is one way I'm helping create that world.
